Can I pick up the machine?

Yes, you can pick up your machine and waive the delivery fee.

Please ensure you have all items necessary to haul the machine
What do I need to bring for pick up?

3/4 ton truck with 2-5/16" in ball hitch

Chains, chain binders, and/or straps with adequate capacity to tie down equipment

Trailer of adequate size to haul machine (unless renting trailer as well - this needs to be pre-arranged)

Atlas owners/employees cannot load or secure machine to your personal trailer for liability reasons. Please be prepared to load and secure.
What is minimum rent time?

Minimum rental time is our 1 day rental and includes up to 8 machine hours.

We do not currently offer hourly rentals
Do you deliver outside of Pueblo West?

Your machine can be delivered for a $125 delivery fee within a 15 mile radius of Pueblo, CO.

Deliveries outside of the 15 mile radius can be delivered for an additional fee, to be quoted at time of final reservation of equipment, prior to final payment.
Do you accept cash
payment?

No, cash is not accepted as payment. All payment is made via QuickBooks. When a booking request is made, we ask for full name, email address, phone number, personal address, and address of the job (if different than personal address). With that information, an email will be sent with the details of your rental and the ability to pay securely via QuickBooks. Atlas Machinery Rentals never sees your credit card information. Your rental date will be secured upon full payment of the invoice.
